Price K. Kent is a seasoned litigation attorney with a unique background in music performance and the law. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Oboe Performance and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine as a Chancellor's Fellowship recipient. She has performed as a professional Oboist for over 30 years in live stage performance and the film and television recording industry. Ms. Kent received her law degree from Whittier College School of Law in 2006 where she received an Intellectual Property Law Certificate.

Ms. Kent's practice is focused on Labor & Employment matters in both the public and private sectors, Business and Professional Contracts, and Real Estate matters with extensive experience in business transactions, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, civil litigation, writs and appeals. She has successfully represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide variety of matters including breach of contract, specific performance, wrongful termination, unlawful discrimination and harassment in religion, disability, perceived disability, age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and sexual harassment. In addition, Ms. Kent has served as lead counsel in matters involving copyright infringement, financial elder abuse, probate, wrongful death, negligence, trespass and nuisance and has successfully represented clients in writs and appeals.
